ABOUT LEMCO

LEMCO [Leonard Martel Company] DRILLING INC
Is a Family-Owned Company Servicing and Drilling
Water Wells in Dryland Wheat Farming Country.

In 1977, LEMCO partnered to establish an Eastern Washington operation acquiring Barnett Pump & Irrigation, based in Lind, Washington since the 1950’s.  In 1989, the original 1977 partnership split, with the
Lind operation becoming LEMCO DRILLING INC, a family-owned business led by Leonard and now his son Tyson Martel.  LEMCO has been providing water well services and drilling in the dryland wheat farming region since 1989, retaining all customer well logs and pump information dating back to
the 1950s.

With our dedicated office support, we provide the comprehensive services you need. We not only perform water witching and well drilling but also install pumps and collect samples. We can then forward your test results and other important information to you, your Health Department, your Realtor®, or your financing company.

We have extensive experience in residential and commercial water well drilling, pump installation, repair, and troubleshooting, as well as in 12” diameter or less irrigation wells. We serve Adams, Lincoln, Franklin, Whitman and Grant Counties in Eastern Washington. Dryland farming areas have unique geological formations, and not all wells are the same. We will help you determine which well and pump are best suited for your property and your specific goals.
